I wrote 4 reviews and about 10 posts before I joined SR, so you wouldnt remember me from the forums or anything :)

Is it easy to become an SR staff guy?

Nope.

Firstly you have to go through a rigerous training program.
Lifting finger weights, training in speed typing, running laps of the SR headquarters.

Then if you pass that bit you have a written test, with lots of big essay questions such as "What is the meaning of life" and "How much wood can a wood chuck, chuck, if a wood chuck, could chuck, wood?"

And I don't even want to talk about the initiation process. The Horror.
