I remeber the UK customs saying the PS2 was too powerful and they were considering not having it, maybe that was just a rumour which has now been forgotten.

Albania is in SE Europe – the Balkans, where everyone is fighting over the 100 billion barrels of oil that sits in the Caspian Sea. The good old British are thinking World Peace by helping out in that volatile area (it’s regarded, as being one of the world’s ‘hot-spots’).
