I've just discovered that a form on my site no longer works. I haven't changed anything on the site so assume that something must have changed with the form script in cgi-bin?

When the 'send' button is pressed, the following error message is displayed:

The form was not submitted for the following reasons:

Server Not Allowed 89.248.48.147

Please use your browser's back button to return to the form and try again.

Can anyone offer any advice?

If it helps, form is at:

We changed the IP that the server used and the security check for the form to mail was not updated with the new IP address. Sorry for any inconvenience.

That's brilliant, thanks!

A couple of test emails is better than none:-)

So, what caused the problem in the end?

This is being looked at now. We'll hopefully have it fixed shortly.

Edit: Should be working now. Sorry for the spam test email sent through your site by me!

I'm sure it wil get picked up - but if it's urgent I would use the official route and raise a Support Ticket.

Please remember to come and and update the thread with the outcome in case it helps others :¬)

Is it likely to be picked up from here or should I raise a support ticket?

Thanks.

It looks like it might be related to 'VIP' hosted sites - Form-mail on 'Standard' hosting is working fine.

One for Freeola...

Have you removed the 'index page' as your link provides a 404 error - home page not found - incorrect address etc etc
