Let's try again. Sorry it's so quiet I messed up the sound, so you'll need to turn up the volume. This is my first podcast so I'm still learning. Hopefully I'll get a little more confident infront of the mic.

Thought I should remove the Freeola bit just incase I use copyrighted material

Then your machine obviously has quicktime already installed on it in some form as all the file extensions are associated with it.

Just download the file to your desktop, right click on it, select open with and choose windows media player. Or just launch windows media player and open it from the file menu.

its an mp3, quicktime isnt required.
