"F-Zero. Exciting or not?"

I ordered it from Play yesterday, and it has been dispatched.

On a scale of 1 to 1000, how excited should I be at the prospect of owning this beauty?

Lol. That is very true; I started to find my head tilting left and right to go with the course twists. I've only done the first 2 cups on Novice, and even now, they're beginning to go wild. And that Story mode is excellent.

I just moved onto the later cups.

It came this morning. Best £30 I've ever spent.

It is beggining to suck me in now, and is getting all the better for it. It is pretty challenging, but also quite stunningly amazing, especially the huge jumps etc.

F-Zero is the best game that I've played for a while and on the rating thing would come 1000000 just for sheer beauty of gameplay.

F-Zero and MKDD, all I need for a month in front of a 32" TV (plus the occassional meal and bit of sleep)

It's very challenging - you can't ignore that.

But I've hardly become "sucked-into" this game yet...

Maybe it's because of games like Skies of Arcadia, Mario Kart and Winning Eleven 6? I usually lik racing games, but despite it's speed, I don't really see what all the fuss is about.

Perhaps I just need to give it time?

Maybe it's because this is the first F-Zero game I've played?


I just don't know, right now.

it is brilliant, but to progress further into the game you have to be very good at all of the tracks for grand prix mode.

Aw... oh well. Enjoy F Zero when it arrives.
