i'll email you tommorow but i can help you here ,
first if yiou have serif photoshop or draw plus or something like that , there should be an animation section (this is for version 7 ) then you make the pictures you want to use , or import them , and just make them frame by frame , it's very easy ive made a few , if you have these programs just look at the manual , it tells you all you need to know.
