I dont know bout anyone else but i cant wait for fifa 2002 to come out on the ps2. Ive looked at several previews and it looks and sounds fantastic.Does anyone know a release date??

nahh i've just wait for the ps2 version to come out....
as for getting ps1 games i really want final fantasy 9!!
and fear effect 2 and parasite eve 2...

Yeah, pro evo 2 should be quite cheap now, but the graphics aint that bad, i have seem some DC games that dont look much better. Just dont listen to the commentary!

u could just buy ISS pro evo and play it on your PS2. u should be able to pick it up cheap now. the graphics may be poor, but the gamelplay is amazing.

i have only EVER played fifa....
not even ISS or pro evo....
cos i don;t have an n64 or ps1....
fifa ain't that bad!!

I really think if you want a real footie game on PS2 then Pro Evo Soccer will be it. Everything i have seen so for has been amazing, in all honesty i think i would buy the game if it was just Evo 2 from Ps1 with better graphics. But it isnt, it will have so many improvements. Come on Konami, release the flippin thing!!

Oh, and if you really want the best football experience, either play with your mates.....or go watch Sheffield wednesday!! :)

Pro Evolution is top of my list of footy games - I may get FIFA 2002, as long as they keep to there promises of renewed gameplay!!
Im actually looking forward to This is Football 2002 - Sony state it will be the most enjoyable soccer experience yet seen on PS2 - Sounds interesting!!

I think most people know which footie game i like too, i personally dont think the fifa games will change much at all. Think about it.... Fifa has always sold, so if its going to with minimal work needed EA probally wont change much. But we will have to wait and see.

Anyway, i hate the fifa series. pro evo soccer is da game to get. Although they are completly changing the game for FIFA 2002 aint they? but will it be able to test PES?
