Showing my age here... again... but I remember years ago on "That's Life" (an Esther Rantzen show) there was this guy who supposedly found the word 'flannel' hilarious.
Not sure how genuine it was, but it was funny to watch as they said 'flannel' to him and he cracked up laughing.
