Everyone knows there are some words that are just funny. This topic is only to be used for posting funny sounding words, in single file, otherwise you die. I'll go first.

Funny place names near where I used to live:

Little Stebbinghoe
Buntingford (Bunting...hehe)
Roaring Meg

There's a place called 'Husbands Bosworth' somewhere near Bedford.

I always found that funny.

'Stocky' that's a funny word. To be described as 'of stocky build' just doesn't make the thugs on Crimewatch sound that threatening!

'Corpulent' is another favourite.

But in case anyone forgets "WAZZOCK"
