Liverpool need another high profile keeper for two reasons.
1) Competition for places. No offense to Arphexad but he really isn't good enough.
2) Squad strengthening. Most decent clubs have two decent keepers. Take Arsenal. Richard Wright and David Seaman. This is an area where Man Utd have suffered.
Houllier has complete faith in Westerveld.
