Scientists at the SR Institute and GAD asylum have rewritten the laws of biology in producing a live toad by cloning cells of the udder of an adult toad by nuclear transfer.
The latest report states that there are now over 1,000,000 cloned toads, which are all being set up for the next stage of the cycle..... Genetic Engineering.
Tony the chief professor at the SR institute has stated the operations are procedure and that there is only a small risk factor of about 99% of the toads dying.
Dr. Snuggly will be handling the operations, but with his phobia of amphibians, some people are suggesting that he might not be right for the job.
When confronted by this issue Tony stated “Dr. Snuggly is a very experienced man, who yes, does have a phobia for amphibians, but why would that matter? He’s working with toads.....”

Today, was a very sad moment for everyone concerned with the “BTT Project” as they now call it.
From the 1,000,000 toads operated on by Dr. Snuggly, just one of them has survived. The surviving toad funnily enough was the toad that made news sensation yesterday, being the first cloned toad, who is now the first genetically modified, cloned toad.
The Daily Toad newspaper has managed to get an interview with a past employee of the SR institute, Loki.
When asked why he left the institute Loki replied “They are MAD I tell you! MAD! MWA HA HA HA” Loki was later taken to a nearby mental institution for serious rehabilitation.
BTT although a survivor is very weak at present. With 8 arms, 14 eyes, and a tail some people may say he was different from any other toad.

Over 31 years old, BTT has now adapted very well to his environment, the Arcade. Many years back, the GAD asylum tried to keep a close eye on the toad, locking him up, tying him down, but it wasn’t enough.
Time after time the toad escaped, and hopped on down to the nearest arcade to play on the machines and no one could stop him. This is why he was eventually given his own arcade, which is under very high surveillance.
BTT also demanded that his “Hamsters of Hell” had their own playpen, which they run about it in eating everything and anything that moves! It is also known that live cows are used as bait to feed the hamsters, but this cannot be confirmed.
With 8 arms BTT can play on 4 different machines in any one time, achieving high scores with his eyes closed (all 14 of them!)
Tomorrow, Christmas Day, BTT is hoping for a Playstation 9 or a Y-BOX 4.....
As for the hamsters, I think they would probably settle for a live, full-grown hippo! *Munch Munch* :-)

This true story is dedicated to BTT, who we think is still alive today, somewhere in Las Vegas!
and if you see him....... shoot him! :-)
