From those that I've played, Knights of the Old Republic followed closely by Morrowind.

on single player it's very good, on Live! it's near perfection
R63 is way in front of PGR2 the graphics in there are amazing and the voice-communicator option is a great addition
currently it definitely has to be Rainbow Six 3 on Live, although I received Worms 3D today, which I haven't had chance to play, and am getting PGR2 very soon, so it may change
Either Project Gotham 2 or Rainbow Six 3.
