I'm thinking of buying Manhunt and need for speed, but apparently you should buy Max payne 2 for the xbox/PC not for the PS 2.

They were both pretty dissapointing according to the reviews.
But, at a push, I'd say XIII simply because of it's unique look and comic-book style.
