well thats basically it, and there was ofcoarse the regular chat and pardon?
the morell: call that number in the back of your instruction booklet and get your free pad if you want it. i would like to thank nobbly flagpole and the other guy for the idea.

about 4 people on this forum have done it and they never got there pads taken away. the guy said they cant fix them-so they dont bother taking them back. i promise. as ISS

no, ive asked but they say they cant fix them so i can keep it and dispose of it myself (sukhers). i dont do this often. on the gaurentee form it says it will say claims affect your straitory rights. so they might not help you any more. this is the first time of many i hope) ive done this. i did once phone for a real problem on psx. normally i take my broken stuff to the sony centre or phone and this bald guy picks my stuff up.
