I'm a really big Spiderman fan and have most of the early comics, But I went to the movies recently to watch Final Fantasy but I was more intrested in one of the trailers before it.
A bank gets robbed, all goes well, they run to the roof where their escape helicopter awaits their arrival, they speed off for a few minutes before..."Whats happening? we've completly stopped" then the helicopter and all it's passengers whizz backwards to the twins towers (New York) and dangle in mid air.
Well, I have no idea what the film will be about but I hope they don't include this clip, I will see the movie whatever happens but this has got to be the worst trailer I've seen in a long time.

I haven't seen For The Love of The Game yet, but I will.
Call me whatever, but I like Kevin Costner movies.
Even Waterworld was good fun. Big loud dumb fun.

Simple Plan did rock, as I see no reason why Spiderman will be any different.
Willem Defoe as The Green Goblin?

Gotta be worth a look

Not seen a duff Sam Raimi movie? Then whatever you do make sure you avoid For the Love of the Game starring Kevin Costner. It's godawful. However the sheer genius of A Simple Plan more than makes up for any transgressions.
I'm not a big fan of the Spiderman comics but I have to say the trailer has indeed got me foaming at the mouth in anticipation - one of the best trailers I have seen in a long time.

Bruce Lee is different.

And in answer to Tiltawhirl:

Sam Raimi did direct The Evil Dead 1,2 and 3.
And he's directing Spiderman.
Which is why I trust that this movie is in safe hands, I haven't seen a duff Raimi movie yet.
Even "Darkman" had it's moments.

*lifts own head by hair and slams into the desk*

I lose hope a little more each and every day Wookiee...

Let me take you out on a band night into town, you'll find no need for these things

hur-hur-hur

I love that trailer, that shot of the chopper in the web looking like a fly in a web is excellent.

Sam Raimi is the man, and Bruce Campbell plays the ring-announcer.

I've got the script somewhere if anyone wants it.
