Whether it be cute little puppies or vicious lions we need more of them to add to our games. There are alot of great games out there that have no animals in them at all, could they have been made better by including an animal in there somewhere.
Take MGS, what if some gaurds had dogs that hunted for you and were able to sniff out your scent and follow you, or vicious pit bulls that chased you when they caught sight on you.
Animals could also make a game look more impressive. With todays standard of graphics we could create realistic looking animals that move the way they do in real life.
So what animals do you want to see more of?
MONKEYS
Seem to be popular with everyone, people say humans decended from them. They can be entertaining and cheeky. Games have featured monkeys for a long time, ever since donkey kong all the way up to ape escape 2 so lets see more of them.
I would like to see games that make use of the more strange animals like armadillos and skunks.
So what is it with this fluffly cute little things? I dunno maybe us humans have a soft spot for them.

I've seen a few of those 'CHUMS' spoofs - they're hilarious!
> Yep, with monkeys and lions and alligators and stuff.
Theme Park

Just needs Steve Irwin and his "Roit,

> now" antics.
That guy is my hero.

Level One:
You take control of a Golden Eagle, and you have to fly over the Scottish Highlands scouring the territory below for a vunerable rabbit. You complete the level when you successfully capture one and take it back to your nest and feed your young.
Level Two:
You take control of a fox who is being hunted by fox-hunters over countryside. You complete the level when you have successfully avoided and escaped from the ferocious bloodhounds and their red-coated masters.
Level Three:
You take control of a hungry shark in the waters near a holiday resort. Your mission is to brutally kill as many swimmers as you can before the time limit ends.
And so on.....

There is a "Zoo

This is pretty much answering Aliboy's question, I hadn't heard of this game, I guess it's like the other 'Tycoon' games, sounds like fun.
Big ones, small ones, angry ones, stupid ones
It doesn't matter, just more simian entertainment please.
And Giraffes, because they look stupid.
And Capybaru, for being the most eaten and picked on animals ever.
And lions (but not crap disney ones)
Why has nobody done a "Serengeti Sim"?
We've had ant sims, trains sims, but nobody has done a wild animal sim.

I liked killing the dogs in Resident Evil 1, + they made me jump everytime I went past that damned window!
