Gassy, I can do 5 miles in 28.13 minutes. That works out as roughly 4 miles a minute. Not bad for a 12 year old :-D

honestly, it was really good. one of the best i have read on SR. I'm gonna save it onto my Hard-drive!

Ant can run 100m Pretty fast, ask him about it. I can run a mile in 5 mins 47 seconds if thats any help!
