I think if your into football games then you should definatly get Pro Evolution Soccer (ISS) when its out. There is no set date i think so you may be waiting a month or two. If you want an adventure game i would go for onimusha as i have just ordered this, its suppose to have good replay value so it will be worth it then, however having not played it yet i dont know. Hope so though!!

Shadows of memories:

Not a best buy for PS2, though it has some very interesting ideas. Messing with time though has to be taken as only a game. If you think to hard about it, things get too complicated and you realise the game couldn`t work.

Zone of the Enders:

Graphically excellent, short lived, but fun to play. Emotional but short ending. Good overall, but let down by hopeless voice overs.

Tekken Tag:

My favourite ever beat `em up. If you like a more complex move system than something like DOA2, then this is the one. Fluidity of motion is key.

Extermination:

Not played it, though I hear it is short lived, and not as much fun as other games. Still good, but another near miss really.

Red Faction:

For FPS this is the best, though it has a weaker multiplayer than TimeSplitters. The one player game is fantastic, and the geo-mod gives it the edge.

If you want good game suggestions, then these qualify in my opinion:

Starfighter, Crazy Taxi, MTV Music Generator 2, Resident Weevil: Code Cereal. Loads more just before Xmas.

Shadow of memories is fantastic although I wouldn't say it's for everyone, zone of the enders has amazing graphics but you press 2 buttons and fight faster then tekken, not bad. tekken tag mmm great if you don't have tekken 3 but it's worth hanging on till tekken 4. SSX wait for ssx tricky which is on dvd, mils better and get this CHEAPER.
