Actually, I think it's only teams from the US and Canada that can play.
At least they admit to other countries within the same continent.

They call our game 'soccer' and theirs 'football'. Which games is played with the feet, and which game is played (primarily) with the hands?
If they want to call one 'soccer' it should be their own game.
Not that it'll bring about the end of the world or anything - it's just frustrating that they have to change everything we give them - including the English language!
I mean, what they call 'baseball' we call 'rounders', and stop playing when we leave school! ;-p
