Had Double Dash since Saturday, fantastic game. I've just been doing time trials on DK Mountain and have come up with a time of 2:06:168 and I'd like to see how it compares to other peoples.

Anyone else got a time on a certain course that they'd like to compare?

There's one for each track that you unlock by beating a certain time on the course. Go to gamefaqs.com or somewhere similar if want to know what times you have to beat.

Yeah mine's 1:25:xxx, but I've seen plenty of people's times that beat 1:20 very easily and I'm not talking about players that are absolutely outstanding either.

Hmm.. I do use both the little slip-roads and work the corner turbo as often as possible, still don't seem to achieve much...

There is shortcuts...one is by the chain chomp, you go round the inside, I forget where the other one is :P Trick is when turning to the little mini boost a few times, should take some time off.

Yeah that's the one, and that's the time. The thing is, even if I drive a perfect race no crashes or anything I still can't come close to anyone elses time, is there a shortcut that I don't know about or something?

Which track ? do you mean Luigi Circuit (1:20?) or a track from a old game ?

2:05:xxx I beat the ghost the first time I played the stage and by alot of time aswell, havent tried since then, Ill give it a shot later
