Had Double Dash since Saturday, fantastic game. I've just been doing time trials on DK Mountain and have come up with a time of 2:06:168 and I'd like to see how it compares to other peoples.

Anyone else got a time on a certain course that they'd like to compare?

2:10 is my best

That was my best aswell but then I unlocked the staff ghost and actually driving against it I knocked 4 seconds off my time :-).
Strange that. I've always found, in all the Mario Kart games that driving against ghosts really helps you focus on how to drive the course and beat your previous time. There must be some psychological reason for it...

hehehe. I could probably improve mine by another second by strategic use of the mushrooms rather than just using them both on the bridge section to get a fastest lap :-D

2.08.xx for me (only played it for a week or so after it was released, haven't touched it again yet)

Yeah I know. Have you seen the MK64 times on there? They're insane! I'd love to see video clips of how these people do it...

Just got 2:05:455. I'm gonna try and have a sub-2 minute time before New Years :-D
