Quazi, you can't code a forum in HTML, it's not possible. You need to download and install Phorum from phorum.org, but you need a PHP and MySQL server. You haven't got a chance of getting it to work on Geocities or Homestead, but I wouldn't be surprised if they have something like that anyway.
