Yes, next Tuesday is pancake day. The day when we all go mad for a strange concoction of food that sticks to the ceiling and doesn’t fill you up.

Honey's not bad. I have some maple syrup in the cupboard, might try some (though you have to eat the rest within a few weeks if you open it).
No one else like honey or maple syrup?
Lemon juice and sugar or strawberry jam, those are my pancake fillings of choice... yeah, they're not too exciting, but I'm no culinary genius, and no huge fan of pancakes!
