What can i say. WHat a tough group liverpool have drawn. If liverpool come through that group i will forever respect Liverpool FC, becasue i dont think they have a chance in hell!

anyway, Man utd seem to have a quite average group as do Arsenal. THem two shouldnt have any problems finishing in the top two of thier group.

I'm just glad that we got our deserved(and that's what it was) place in the last 8.

Now wouldn't it be funny if Arsenal never got through? especially considering their position a game before they got beat by Deportivo

But you have to admit that the head to head rule is fairer than goal difference.

Although, Roma should have gone through! They had the better goal difference! Damm head-to-head rule...

Oh well, taking all things into consideration, I have to admit that was a pritty good performance from Liverpool. Especially in the place they call "hell"

Did anyone catch the whole of that banner that the Liverpool fans were holding? Somthin along the lines of "Welcome to Hell? Welcome to hell my a**e. You should..."

Anyone catch the rest? They moved the camera away before I read it all!

Technically, with them beating Barcelona, all we have to do is beat them at the Nou camp(tough job), and hope that Galatasary don't get many points, whilst they do take them off Barcelona aswell

They need a win tonight for definite if they want any chance of qualifying for the next round.


But Istanbul isnt exactly the easiest place in the world to win...Even Real Madrid lost there last season.
