L Trigger: L-Index finger
R Thumbstick: R-thumb
L Thumbstick: L-thumb
D-Pad: L-thumb/R-thumb (which ever is easiest at the time)
Start: L-thumb
Back: L-thumb
A: R-thumb
B: R-thumb
X: R-thumb
Y: R-thumb
Black: R-thumb
White: R-thumb

In other words I was saying that the way you hold the control is the normal way to do so and how most people would, like myself.

Well kinda... Just that i don't use the same finger for both triggers... Seems more natural to use middle finger for the right one, and the pointing finger for the left one.
