R Trigger: R-Middle finger
L Trigger: L-Index finger
R Thumbstick: R-thumb
L Thumbstick: L-thumb
D-Pad: L-thumb/R-thumb (which ever is easiest at the time)
Start: L-thumb
Back: L-thumb
A: R-thumb
B: R-thumb
X: R-thumb
Y: R-thumb
Black: R-thumb
White: R-thumb

R Trigger: R-Index finger
L Trigger: L-Index finger
R Thumbstick: R-thumb
L Thumbstick: L-thumb
D-Pad: L-thumb/hardly ever used though.
Start: R-thumb
Back: R-thumb
A: R-thumb
B: R-thumb
X: R-thumb
Y: R-thumb
Black: R-thumb
White: R-thumb

R Trigger: Left thumb
L Trigger: Right forefinger
R Thumbstick: Right middle finger
L Thumbstick: Right index finger
D-Pad: Nose
Start: Left big toe
Back: Right big toe
A: Left index finger
B: Left index finger
X: Left forefinger
Y: Left forefinger
Black: Right thumb
White: Left middle finger

This method is not for everyone though. Its all about flexibility.... and dislocated fingers.
