ok so my gamer of the year hasnt had much of a responce so hopefully this will...

as you all may know special reserve are holding a gamer of the year contest..and before i trot on down to my local Spez Rez.i want to know what i am up against... so lets see your scores!

SONY CHALLENGE Record the fastest time on Gran Turismo 3, for two laps of the Smokey Mountain course on Arcade mode.

ok Arcade mode then use single race on easy then you have the 2 lap counter yes yes and yes....do you think i should start the topic again with all of the details on?

I don't live near a shop, so I can't 'see in store for details'.

Which of the Arcade modes? Is this any two consecutive laps? Does it include the starting lap? etc. etc.

2 laps like the special reserve gamer of the year says

Is that 2.41.something the overall race time or just one lap, as it seems a little slow for a single lap.

I'll be putting up a lap time soon, now that I have finally got my replacement wheel pack after sending it back 'cos the wheel didn't work properly.

use the default cars...do not import cars from GT mode...it is fair this way and then you are tested on skill only not on how well your car has been tinkered with.

Which car do you have to be in?

An arcade one or something imported from GT mode. Surely all entries have to be done in the same car.
