well its up to you. Do you like racing or strategy shooters?
I wouldn't worry to much about NFS:underground to much - its just a racer with a bit of polish (burnout 2 is better)
If i'd have to pick out of the two, I would go for SOCOM (although I think Ghost Recon is better)
