Your CPU is probably mightilly buggered and you're going to have to live with it or buy a new one. Try taking it to an SR shop or somewhere else that will have a look at it and pray the techie is in a good mood.

Heres the only bit of advice I know and can offer:
Got to your start menu, then settings, control panel and select system.
Check to see how much RAM is showing.
I only say this because one time I put some new ram in I noticed it hadnt made a difference so I checked and realised I that the computer wouldnt accept 256mb RAM
