Exactly.

If you want throw away rubbish buy a beat 'em up for 10 quid.

I bought DOA 3 yesterday it provided half an hour of amusement, now it's on the shelf.

I doubt Konga would've even lasted that long.

The game costs £40 with the Congo drums on import...

The game is said (by NGC) the be fantastically addictive single player with an even better and more advanced Multiplayer...

You don't even NEED the drums to play the game although it's nice.

YOU my man have no taste and adventure in games.

Except of course the game costs just a little more than a normal game even with the drums...

Donkey Konga looks to be one of the coolest Gamecube games.

I now hear it is coming to Europe pending License.

Cannot wait.

I wouldn't pay £100 for a rhythm action game no matter how many donkey kongs it had in it.

Not releasing it in Europe would be mighty foolish.

And crap.

I'm sure there will be sequels/updates... the peripheral isn't that expensive. This is the kind of attitude that caused Samba de Amigo to bomb over here, and the exact reason we DON'T get guitar freaks, drummania, taiko no tatsujin, donkey konga etc.

My mates got that tank game. Not played it yet though, but it does look to be well worth that one time peripheral! Just to give you an almost true feeling of controlling a huge mech!

bth I ain't overly fussed about this game. It looks like it might be fun for a while.... but that's about it. And no doubts it'll cost a hefty amount!

The king of all drumming games remains Konami's Drummania, up to 7 sequels in the arcades and going strong. 3 versions available for PS2, but will never see the light of day outside Japan :-(
