Just realised the official USA mag (with monthly playable disc etc) is only $24.95 for 12 months (under £16) compared to the £67.80 for 12 issues of the UK mag.

Explain that one Future, and no rubbish about printing/ distribution costs please.

Just waiting for email back from Future to see if I can subscribe to the USA mag (you can get UK mag delivered to the States)

I think you lot are forgetting one important thing...

The US coverdisk WON'T WORK on your UK Xbox.

It'll be NTSC, and your 'box will be PAL.

Sounds like cash only, someone has just told me to re-email them and confirm overseas mags DO also have the coverdiscs, apparently ones sent from here abroad don't.

So don't do anything yet.

Hmmm. Do you have to pay in cash though, can't you pay by card or wire?

What fool would want to subscribe to the crap that is the Official UK Xbox Mag anyway?

They get LIVE enabled demos on their demo disks n all

And they almost always seem to have more demos/ movies/ features etc...

*sigh*

OXM is the best mag in US and Canada I read it every month.I live in Canada so I dont know if the demo works on UK xbox

I've got two - one UK, one US.

Valentino has a chipped Xbox.

But you cant play the US demo, on UK xbox right?
