I just recived this e-mail from Amazon:

Dear Customer,

We are sorry to report that the following item has been delayed.

"16 MB Gamecube Memory Card"

Our current estimate is that it will take an additional 1-2 weeks to
obtain this item for you.
--------------------------

Just my luck! Today my Legend of Zelda : Collectors edition comes with only 1 block of space left on my 4mb memory card. I also have Pikmin rotting away on my shelf, unable to be played because of Amazon.
So thank you Amazon. Thank you oh so much.

Go and email them an angry e-mail.

Go.

Then cancel your order, and place another using the voucher.
And keep the cycle going.. :-D

Get a scart block from Argos, I got an excellent one from them with a button to cancel out the RGB signal which is excellent for use with the PS2 when playing DVDs.

I've found Amazon good at times, appalling at times. I never get new releases on release day, and if anything is wrong with an item sorting it our requires masses of phonecalls and emails and even then refunds take ages to be processed. Delivery dates are largely crap, right now I have a Final Fantasy X-2 preorder with an estimated delivery date of 17th Feb, which considering Amazon sent an email a week ago that release date is now 20th Feb is quite amazing...

I've personally found the service of Amazon very good.

They're a little erratic around Christmas time, but their site is very easy to control your orders from and the products I've received have always been top notch. For example - I ordered The Matrix Deluxe Box Set late on Saturday night, choosing free delivery, and it was delivered to me on Tuesday.

Not bad.

Let me think why someone would order from a cheap company...

Oh that was a tough one.

I never have seen the point of amazon and such, unless you are pre-ordering a big game to come to you the morning of release date.

Why not buy from a shop?

Or SR. :D

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Brilliant service.
Love it, love it, love it!
