Well, anyone's gotta be happy about getting the greatest mascot ever on their console.
But I'd have to agree with you on the 2D thing - completing a level in about 20 seconds due to the perfect design and blistering speed was fantastic.
That said, I've not played Sonic Heroes yet. I heard it was a bit stop / start and not fluid like the good ol' 2D ones.
But Sonic's Sonic. Everything he touches turns to gold.
Except Sonic 3D, of course. That was utter shitewash.

He is thebest Platformer ever but i dont think he will be able to cut it on PS2. Havn't played it yet so I can't make a real judgement but it's just my prediction. I hope it does well.
