I have got every last Nintendo console and every last one has had me grit my teeth in anger. So what is wrong with the Nintendo console?
1. Hinorashi Yamauchi
Please excuse the spelling but yes a huge Nintendo fault is that of its boss. First Squaresoft fell to this lunatic, the two were good friends and then BAM this mad man threw a wobbly and the 64 had no Final Fantasy, Squaresoft are willing to forgive the bad tempered man but he isn’t and so whilst Squaresoft are ready to produce a game for the Nintendo Gamecube The big cheese isn’t and so the fans have to do without.
Does anyone remember the threat he made before E3; he said if it doesn’t go down well he’d cancel production. Ok it did go down well but YOU DON’T MAKE A THREAT LIKE THAT!
2. European gamers PAH!
What’s the point in having a UK Nintendo office if they don’t do anything? The Gamecube is coming long after the USA release Excite bike took a year to come out and so did Smash Brothers. We waited 6 months for Zelda Majora’s Mask as well! Look we are here you know, we have money and we will spend it but why must we wait for it!
Come on Nintendo we are here!
3. Advertisement
Ok now you should try! The GBA wasn’t bad but everything else is! A few adverts is that it! Playstation increases in popularity and you sell less and so although this affects you rather than the public it does affects the games as you have lower budgets! Please try making money!
4. Delaying
There may be good reasons etc… but if you can’t reach a deadline don’t set one! If I have to go through another Perfect Dark style wait I will SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!! If you said Perfect Dark would be released in June 2000 we might be able to cope but by snatching it away all the time that’s just cruel!
Maybe set a deadline that is way ahead of when you could finish it that way we might be happy like we were when Conker came out early rather than frustrated! So Delaying is a reason.
5. 3rd party
Why is it you design a console for you only? Nintendo design a console to suit their methods stuff the others! Sure Gamecube maybe easier but I bet Nintendo and their 2nd party developers can manipulate it fully. At least it isn’t as bad as the N64! Only Nintendo and Rare could make a good N64 game all the 3rd parties couldn’t so they didn’t which is why it didn’t get many 3rd party developers and is why it sold poorly!
6. Image
Many can see past the cute graphics but even more can’t and so Nintendo’s image attracts kids! And so 3rd party developers don’t want to risk bringing adult games to the console! Even when you make a potential adult title it turns out to look childish such as Lylat Wars. The fans don’t like it and so we get frustrated and so when an adult game comes out we go mad! It’s time you discarded your childish image for the future!
You have many faults Nintendo and faults that need sorting and these are faults that make me dislike Nintendo!

Nintendo say they are trying to appeal to older gamers by buying into a horror company and amking amrio and luigi looking a bit older!

Hmm yeah!! Apart from the late releases and delays maybe they could put people off!
