There's a problem with my PS2. When I switch it on the reset button's green LED flashes, instead of remaining constant. Has this problem happened to anyone else, and is there a simple solution, or do I have to bring it back?

I rang Sony because my memory card didn't show in the browser then he said we'll just replace it (despite the big "shortage") and I said we'll arrange a time etc then he asked

"is it chipped"

"er no"

"it's ok if it is"


mmm fishy fishy so they might just replace em then it hit me I'm using an unoficcial memory card here because it's BLACK unlike the grey old ones (but i hear Sony black ones are on the way) then i tried a official one when i bought one and hey presto it worked.

Anyway, it could mean your PS2 has overheated. leave it for a while.
