The worse place to be shot on the body (no its not the privates) is the kneecaps. Many people in films or lyrics say 'shot him in the kneecaps' but some don't know what is really meant by this.
When a bullet hits the kneecap the front part completely shatters and causes it all to force backwards, the liquids that are contained within the kneecap are hit with such force that the whole area of the cap implodes and leaves the victim in unimaginable pain, blood is lost but with the lost ability of being able to run to the phone to call the ambulance the victim is left to slowly bleed to death (if s/he doesn't die of pain).....
... so next time you hear the line 'shoot him in the kneecap', you know exactly what is talking about.

Depends what you shoot them with, if you shoot them in the knee caps using a rocket launcher i believe the effect would be similar to hitting them in the head.
Just remmeber to get down and bits of organs (the pancreas can be annoying) and blood really gets you messy.
