so these elections are held every 3 months. so thats 4 new notables every year. so in a few years there will be loads of notables! will that be a good or bad thing?

surly there should be a system where only 7 notables are ever in power at the same time. so every time there is an election, notables will have to be re-elected. keeps standards up u see.

this current system has to be re-viewed. people dont last forever. people die, so they cant remain notables forever! so re-elections have to be done!
