I'm going to go totally random with No.9. I don't really have a clue but seeing as you said Mega CD, I'll say Silpheed.

Here's another clue. The voice of the main character was done by Robert Patrick (Terminator 2 bloke).

ok, since number 10 is from a SNES game...is it one of the super bomberman games? thats the best i can think of(and number 9 sounds too good to be a megadrive game....)
