Being a notable isn't really any different from being a regular.
It's nice to be elected one, as it means that people actually read what you write, and maybe even think that it matters.
But I think we need badges.
And the power to not let the newbies go to the toilet.
Just like prefects used to do at school.

Its either 1,2,3 or 4. How do I know this?
Well it going to be a combination of two fingers on each hand each time so it can't go higher than 4, but it has to be at least one so you actually have one up.
