They were supposedly making an upgraded port of the 2nd outing from the PC which rocks muchly. It would work well on LIVE with a few good maps and 32 man support.

I like the mix of red and purple in this thread.
On a brighter note, if the online multiplayer rumours about Splinter Cell 2 are true then you'll have something slightly similar to Alien vs Predator (Ie one team sneaks whilst the other hunts, and then hunter becomes the hunted etc etc).
