Erm, I can't remember much about the original post, I think it's still somewhere about here in FOG chat. Basically SR organise a Gamer of the Year competition, anyone can enter, and you have a gaming task to be the best at, like setting a fast laptime on a game of their choice, something like that. Ace prizes though, from what I can remember.
I think the last time they did it the winner had their pic on the web with Tony presenting them the prize outside one of the SR shops.
It's central so everyone can come.
