Well it certainly wasn't a big bang...

I spent the whole of Last Wednesday night reading about it... it was not a big bang like a firework it was 'apparently' just forming like a flower growing but it will always be labelled the big bang because of one stupid astronomer.

There :)

Nah, its a program aimed at the little/non-educated. I say that, I mean in that field!

I know quite a bit already, and I knew everything om it last night!

However, Big Bang, never happened!

Hmmm

I watched it last night for the first time and it was ok I guess.

I am very much into space etc. and I am thinking of doing a course in Astronomy at Uni...

IF you want to see the proper programs watch Horizon or the programmes on Ch4, much better.

'Space' is just telling me what I already know and throwing in some special effects and as Meka says I wish they wouldn't do the scare mongroling (sp)

Was quite good I suppose... I didn't know it 'feeded' on stars like that... but even though I am into space, deep down I am not sure if the know what a black hole is if you catch my drift.

Yea, it's stupid the way Sam Neill says the stuff as if it will happen to us!

I saw bits of it, and most of last weeks, and I wish they'd stop the 'scare-mongering'. The whole thing about the Earth getting sucked into a black hole might happen one day, but not in our lifetime. You get freaks watching these programs and believing it's going to happen next bloody week! There's no need to but this science fiction into a show that should be concentrating on science fact.
