I'm getting Psyvariar 2 (JPN only on Dreamcast at moment) and don't yet have a Dreamcast, is there a "multi-region disc" I can buy to play JPN games on A UK console or am I better buying a JPN console in the first place ?
Also, any suggestions on best place to buy a used Dreamcast, thanks.

You can get multi region disks for a few quid. I have a spare one lying around as well I think.
