Do you need a GBA? i mean what is up with that. i heard somewhere that you need GBA's to play multiplayer like in four swords.

But for one player-It is a great game! It's just the Final Fantasy tag that has gotten it below average reviews in some quarters.
Now if the game had of been called anything else without the Final Fantasy name attached, it surely would have got better scores, wouldn't it? It's just that people had high expectations for this new FF franchise. People expected the one player game to live up to their desires of 'another Secret of Mana', but because of the hype and the name it didn't live up to that.
But is IS nice to see the Square-Enix logo on a Nintendo Console box! All those years back, seeing that, guaranteed hours upon end of pure gaming bliss.
This is no exception! With the one player game, place it on par with "Secret of Evermore" and you have got an idea of how much you will actually enjoy it.
