Go to the Options Screen, hold L1+R1 and enter the codes. Release the buttons and re-press them to enter another code.

Extra Camera Angles: Circle, Circle, Circle, X.

Other Vehicles Explode Upon Impact With You*: Triangle, Triangle, Square, Square.

Invincible Vehicle: Triangle, X, Triangle, X.

Drunk Driver Mode (Slurred Screen): Triangle, Circle, Triangle, Circle.

Vehicle Jumps** (Press L3): Square, Square, Square, Triangle.

Speedometer above Wanted Level Indicator: Triangle, Triangle, Circle, Square.

Unlock All Vehicles***: X, Circle, X, Circle.

*: Quickly increases your Wanted Level.
**: Jumps better when going uphill.
***: Only after completing the final mission.
