I have set up my network adaptor ages ago, and it connects to Central Station everytime, I've had my confirmation thing in the post and confirmed my account. Twisted Metal Black has been played for about 20 mins one or two months ago.
An hour of trying to find an unclaimed username goes by. Finally I find one and get the magic "do you want to register this name?" type dialogue on SOCOM II. Of course I do, so I select Yes, it goes to a screen on about connecting to something or other, and quickly the status goes to;
State: Registration Failure
And I'm chucked back to the create persona screen.
Ideas anyone? I'm searching the net also but I don't see what the problem is, apart from Sony's Online effort being like Frankenstein's Monster...a patchwork that barely works.
Agh stupid piece of Sony s*&t f^&*ing retard system!
I get 2 months free subscription for Live so i'll use that 2 months up and if i still want to play online i'll pay £40.
After playing SOCOM 2 non-stop im starting to get sick of Online play for the following reasons:
I dont have the time to forget homework because my Clan leader beggs me to play a clan match
Im starting to think to myself "What is the point of Online Play, yeah its fun but you dont get great storylines, instead you just get the same thing over and over again". So i've decided that im probably just gonna keep my Ethernet cable and just Pay a fiver-per month so that i only pay when i actually wanna play.
I know I moaned about Live once, but I take that all back, it's worth paying £40 a year for.
Can't see me bothering with this much online and if it represents the best Sony can do then....
Hopefully Ghost Recon Jungle Storm will be better. Anyone got that?
Anyway you should really have stuck to Ghost Recon and RS3.
Christ, Xbox Live was so easy to use and this is like, well, primitive.
