And then bend their wrist behind their back and keep pushing down until you here a satisfying crunch and then an "AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH". That should do the trick.

oh yeah armitage thats really gonna calm him down !!! , goatboy , mate , heres a move that i learnt in kick boxing , if they go to punch you , block them , kic,k the poop out of them , then grab their hand , twist round behind their back , and push on the back of their hand so that the whole hand is being pushed in the direction of their arm , if you wack it hard enough then you will snap their wrist in half , if you dont wanna do that then just push really hard and they should drop to the floor (if they already arent) then do what you want , but dont get convicted for murder , coz that isn't good over a £60 charge.when i said kick the poop out of them i meant wind them a bit , as you dont want to get done up for murder , them they will be a delierious and dizzy (wack them in the head if you want) then do what i said above , i get my mates to the floor every time i do it (thats without the wacking bit) when we play fight so it's bound to work.


Now how can you not find this funny? I can just imagine some hyped up, small person moving around really quickly trying desperately to break a wrist. Hehe. Are you small?
