Time to move forward with the Election of the next Notable.

You DON'T vote for someone because they're in the lead - things can change - RBS is a brilliant dedicated poster, just because he's not ahead of Goatboy? NO. Cannot change.

I was just inquiring, if it cannot be changed, then it wont be changed. Sorry for any inconvinience this causes.

I voted for RastaBillySkank earlier but I want to change my vote to Goatboy. Both are deserving but it looks like Goatboy has more chance of becoming a notable.

I hope it is alright for me to change my vote...

Time_Warp is in the lead still too .
