I know that there are already a few questionnaires on this site already but (as far as I know) there hasn't been one on the Playstation 3. So I have made one:

1. Are you going to buy a PlayStation 3?

2. What games do you want to see come out for the PlayStation 3?

6. What features should the PS3 have that the PS2 didn't have?

Seeing as Halo is made by a in house developer of Microsoft i really doubt we'll be seeing Halo appear on a Sony console. Half Life 2 would be possible on PS3 and would interest me far more

Not unless it comes at a decent price, and with some decent releases.

Hmm The new Resident Evil 4 game would be nice.
Halo 2 definately, we cant let Microsoft have all the fun can we?

I really like gory, scary games...

No cheepo games, designed for only one purpose: to amuse small children and annoy the older players. For example Looney Tunes: Back in action.

5. Why don't you want these games to come out for PS3?
They are not worth the money, and they are irritating.

6. What features should the PS3 have that the PS2 didn't have?
Deffinately more support and user friendlyless in developing your own programs.

7. What genre of games do you want to see come out more on PS3?
Survival Horror(Res evil etc) & Rpg please!!

8. Do you think the PS3 will beat the PS2 in sales?
Only when it is first released.

9. Why wouldn't you buy a PS3?
I don't think it's going to be worth spending my money on, not for a few years...

10. Do you think the PS3 will be the best console ever?
No, sorry, it has huge competition XBOX2 and Gamecube 2 (or is it going to be called something else?)

I'll have to see if it's worth the money. Backwards compatability may be a tempting feature, but that hasn't been confirmed yet.

2. What games do you want to see come out for the PlayStation 3?

Half-Life 2 would be a decent launch title, and some fresh and original games that take advantage of what features the new generation brings. Hopefully a solid online service and a decent MMORPG, too. Couldn't go wrong with an online Pro Evolution Soccer, but that may be this generation.

3. Why do you want these games to come out for the PS3?

Well Half-Life 2 will get things off to a good start, and some original games may start the console off as it means to go on - the Playstation 2 is a huge disappointment in terms of new, exciting games, with only a few such as Ico standing out. The online stuff is pretty self-explanatory.

4. What games don't you want to see come out for the Playstation 3?

None of this mass marketed, cash-in, cheap sequel, movie tie-in rubbish that is littering the Playstation 2's current library.

5. Why don't you want these games to come out for PS3?

The PSone had a brilliant selection of varied, original and interesting games available and was a real challenger to Nintendo in terms of quality gaming. I hope Sony can do this again with PS3.

6. What features should the PS3 have that the PS2 didn't have?

Built in hard disk, four controller ports.

7. What genre of games do you want to see come out more on PS3?

Original and fun. Not strictly a genre, but I just need to reiterate that Sony need to take a leaf out of Nintendo's book and get back to the core of what makes games great. I think they almost lost the plot with the PS2.

8. Do you think the PS3 will beat the PS2 in sales?

I doubt it. The PS2 was very fortunate with it's timing and impact. With the competitiveness of Microsoft and Nintendo this time around, things are likely to be different.

9. Why wouldn't you buy a PS3?

If it went the same way as the PS2.

10. Do you think the PS3 will be the best console ever?

Certainly a possibility, but I doubt it.

I don't want the graphics on PS3 to be too good. They should just be a little bit better.

I agree. If they did that then there couldn't be a second Manhhunt game. Or at least it would be banned.......

If its price is not too high, yes.

I dont want so many crap games, like the PS2. The PS2 is rotten because all of its crap and miscellaneous games. There are good ones though.

No need fo Network adapter, not too big, and no need for memory cards, although memary cards could be optional.

I would like the graphics of Sport games improve, therefore more sport games and especially more action / adventure games.

I would also like to say a disadvantage for the PS3. Now, they say, that the PS3 will have graphics as good as real life. This will be a very good thing in action adventurous games.
