Okay, one night about a week back the WWF Forum was invaded by offensive posts. Ali posted a 'Grow Up" topic, and since then, us WWF Forum Regulars have gotten together on MSN, and have discussed ways of making the WWF Forum a better place.

We decided to write to you guys, telling you what we think needs to be done. I know tou probably don't have time for all of this, but if you could just give it a look, we would be very grateful.

Here's what WWF Forum Regular Jet had to say:

Tony

Myself, Ice Blaster, Grandprix, Ant, Mouldy Cheese and RawIsAndy are trying to make the WWF forum a lot better. We had a long talk on MSN and we came up with many good ideas which will hopefully bring the forum back to the good standard it deserves. One of these ideas was a rule page which people would sign which would list rules to follow ie. No Spam. Things like that and we hoped you could write them because posters will listen to you more than us because you are of a higher power.

We feel that this WWF Forum has gone unnoticed for too long due to its bad past that is behind us and we feel that there are posts which are well and truly worthy of a GAD standard.

There are now a lot of great posters apart from us there are the likes of Longy, Raffeter (a newbie who is posting well) and many others. Please help us to do this.

Jet.

I have been a regular at the WWF forum for about 3 months now. I have never really seen many people on there, but the people who do visit regularly post some very good stuff, definitely GAD worthy, but as the forum has had bad reputations in the past, it is over looked.

I feel this forum needs a boost to get more people over there and put some life back into a quickly dying forum, GAD worthy posts are not getting the recognition they deserve, so please, give us a chance-and help us improve the forum!

A number of people have contributed greatly to improve the forum and some very thoughtful and meaningful posts have been put there.

It may have nothing to do with gaming, but some of the matches that we have done and the posts deserve more credit than they are given.

Perhaps a week's worth of posts could be looked at and have a Game a week prize in the forum. If nothing is good enough then don't give a prize, but the forum needs more life injected into it.

Also, the regulars got together a few days back and we’ve thought of a few good ideas-some of which may need your help.

Please don't dismiss our efforts.

Grandprix/Matt

And here's what I have to say:

Myself, Ice Blaster, RawisAndy, Jet and Grandprix have tried hard with this forum, we really have!

Myself and Ice Blaster have started a Forum Story, which appears to have been forgotten, and I also started an ongoing WWF Storyline between the lot of us, in which the regulars write matches every week.

One night it seems a few newbies joined, Khazar (who is now banned) was being affected by his ADHD, myself and Ice Blaster were not there, and when I logged on the next day, there were offensive topics everywhere, and things such as the story and the matches were down the bottom of the list. Mouldy Cheese (who has also been helping to improve the forum,) seemed to be the only sane person there that night-and no one listened to him.

It was going really well. Good topics were being posted about Invasion and other news on WWF, the matches were enjoyable and people were happy about winning their own 'titles,' and then a few people (if you want names, ask, but not on this topic,) came along and ruined it all.

We really have tried hard, but I agree, this forum is in turmoil, and something needs to be done.

If you could reply to this topic perhaps, or e-mail me, or even post something on the WWF Forum acknowledging our ideas, and perhapps telling us what to do, we would be very grateful.

Thanks for reading, the WWF Forum Regulars: Ant, Ice Blaster, Grandprix, Jet, RawisAndy and Mouldy Cheese.

Yep, most of our conversations are very serious. Check out IB's topic "Favourite Wrestlers" and my "Raw was Inspirational" topic.

Another serious one I wrote was, "What I Hate About WWF," where I pointed out all the bad things in the business.

Grandprix has just posted the newest WWF Forum Title Match, where Ice Blaster put his European title on the line against me!

The WWF Forum Story has over 20 replies now, and is rather amusing in places.

We are trying very hard.

I mean all of the WWF forum regulars! You lot obviously care a lot about the WWF forum and don't want it to be over-run by people who are just plain cheeky and don't care about what the WWF forum stands for! Perhaps they are just avid WECW fans and can't stand the WWF and just want you lot beat! I occasionally read what people write on there and I find it annoying that some people want to interupt a serious discussion (At least I think there serious) with childish remarks!

It's nice to see people standing up for what they belive in. You lot deserve an awful lot of praise!
I haven't contributed to the WWF forum recently because of those violent comments by certain people. I occasionally watch the WWF to see how things get along but watch a lot of the PPV's.
Is it possible to ban people from contributing to a certain forum or is that impossible to do? I am glad to see such people stand up and defend what they belive in. Good post Ant, even if it wasn't entirley you!
